We are Tony and Joy Latham and have been Gold Members since March of 2009. Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas us our “Home Away From Home!” We absolutely love it at Villa del Palmar so much that we have never gone to stay at any of the other properties.
The staff are all so very amazing. They are our extended family that we look forward to seeing each year and we know they genuinely look forward to seeing us each visit.
We typically come two times each year and on one of those visits, we bring our 4 boys. The service, food, and entertainment are all top-notch. From the most favorite pizza—yes who knew one would have to leave the states and come to Cabo for the BEST pizza—to Bella California and El Carbon preparing our fresh catch of the day!
The food choices are endless and will satisfy any pallet! The entertainment is by far some of the best we’ve seen and offers a great variety!
I think an attraction like Rock of Ages will entice every generation and our boys would be in the front row with grandpa rocking to music that appeals to every generation. On this trip, we were able to enjoy the Michael Jackson show which was spectacular! The choreography and moves the dancers had were amazing!
From all the safety protocols in place, we could tell that our health was definitely a priority and that the staff has our best interest at heart! Cleanliness has always been very important to all the staff from day one!
Between the hand sanitizing stations, mats to clean shoes, masks worn by all staff, we definitely could tell they were putting safety first!
We sooooo look forward to our next visit to Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas, it can’t come fast enough!

To make your vacation experience seamless, The Villa Group has coordinated offering discounted antigen and PCR testing at each of our resorts for visitors whose home countries require a negative testing result. Discounted pricing is estimated to be around $30.00 USD for antigen and $150.00 USD for PCR. Ok I’m not quite sure if I’m reading this right. So each person I bring to Cabo this year will have to take the test and it will cost a total of $30.00 or $180.00 ?

Thank you for reading our blog and submitting your inquiry Yes you and your guests will need a test. Members and guests who obtain their test will pay $30.00 and be provided a $30.00 USD resort credit per tested per person, per stay for travel booked by March 31, 2021, at our villa group resort(s). The Antigen tests are the tests needed to allow you back into the U.S. There is also an option to purchase a PCR test for $150.00 USD for our Canadian travelers and they will still receive the $30.00 credit.
