My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we reached the property we felt at home again.
All staff was friendly and attentive to make sure we felt comfortable. From the greeting by the doorman and concierge to the staff at the restaurants and pool, all proper protocol was taken to ensure our safety.
We appreciated the many hand sanitizing stations throughout the property and the distance between tables/chairs around the pool. Never once did we feel unsafe and were still able to enjoy all that the resort has to offer.
Everyone from staff to guests observed social distancing while being able to make friends that have turned into family. We can’t wait to visit again!!
