In March of 2020, we began initiating soft closure procedures at our Villa Group and Tafer resorts. Before closures, during the closures, and now—our focus remains on the safety and well-being of our members, their families, and the staff at our resorts. While closed, our resorts have continued to maintain upkeep of the properties, performed preventative maintenance, made renovations, implemented enhanced cleaning, sanitization, and social distancing protocols, ensuring that our resorts and team members were prepared for your return. “It was amazing! The service was top notch. After the first day, we were greeted by servers, hostesses, and management by our family name…without even having our name on the reservation list. We felt welcomed so warmly at every restaurant we went to, including at La Estancia.
As for COVID-19, I felt safer at Arco than here at home in California. From the mat at the entrance to the masks and shields being worn to the hand sanitizer everywhere and social distancing at the pool, I felt we were all safe. Housekeeping was amazing.
The kids were excited to go back to the room after dinner to see what [towel] sculpture was made for them. The shows were awesome too!
