Let us and our celebrity chefs treat you to a fantastic culinary experience! You are invited to attend Cuisine of the Sun 2 Culinary Fest in the beautiful

Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas!

This event will be held from April 23-26.

 

This culinary fest will offer a variety of entertaining activities such as chef presentations, dinner parties, wine, and interactive cooking courses where guests will be taught how to make some of our chef’s most exquisite dishes.

This year, our Celebrity Chef’s will be Benjamin Udave, Tregaye Fraser, and Rahm Fama. Below you will find information about each of our special guests and a lineup of the exciting events that we have in store!

Chef Rahm Fama

Chef Rahm Fama: Inspired by a life full of cattle ranching and working his way up through the restaurant ranks, meat‐loving chef Rahm Fama followed his carnivorous curiosity across the country, searching out the choicest cuts and obsessing over mouth‐watering meat as host of Food Network’s Meat & Potatoes. Rahm is fascinated by the story behind food, especially meat, and he appreciates the time, effort, dedication and passion required to get it to the plate. In addition to his restaurant experience, Rahm also worked as a private chef and has cooked at the prestigious James Beard House in 2006 and 2008.

Chef Treygaye Fraser

Chef Treygaye Fraser: is a seasoned chef who likes to twist traditional recipes with her original, unique flair. Tregaye has a passion for the untraditional. She has made numerous television guests appearance on shows like Food Network Star, Cutthroat Kitchen, The Steve Harvey show, and Guy’s Grocery Games. She was also featured in Food Network Magazine, Uptown Magazine, and more!

Chef Tregaye has opened restaurants as a restaurant consultant for Mad House restaurant and bar as well as Chef-Tregaye-N-Company, and she is a proud owner of her nonprofit Playing the Game Tour Inc. Being a wife and mother, her passion is ensuring that parents learn fun ways of preparing their child’s favorite dish in a healthier, fun, and exciting way.

Chef Benjamin Udave

Chef Benjamin Udave: A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Benjamin had the privilege to apprentice under Chef Kyle Connaughton (Single Thread Farms). Under his guidance, Benjamin learned to work with the best produce, fish, and protein but most importantly he learned how to handle the product with the respect that it deserves. This is what he considers to be the most influential part of his culinary career.

Since 2001 Chef Benjamin has held positions in restaurants, sports entertainment venues and private clubs that range from prep cook to executive chef. He understands that staying current with all culinary trends without forgetting the classics is crucial to the evolution of the kitchen and has always considered himself an apprentice of the culinary world.
