Your Elite benefits provide you with increased flexibility and value-enhancing vacation experience while you stay at one of the many multi-award winning Villa Group resorts. See below to discover what Elite Perks are available to our Four-Star, Five-Star, and Elite Residence Club members.
- Nightly Turn-down Service is the hallmark of a luxury hotel. This Vila Group service goes above and beyond the standard housekeeping measures to ensure that you and the guests staying in your villa have a relaxing night of sleep. Elite Members will be provided with this service every evening, and it also includes a complimentary treat!
- Custom Elite Towels are presented to the Elite Members for their convenience to use while they are lounging at the Elite Pool or Elite Beach areas. These pool amenities are distinctly colored, available exclusively to the Elite Member(s), and the guests that are staying in their suite. These items will be provided in the members room prior to their arrival or shortly after their check-in.
- Spa wet areas are a fantastic way to take your spa experience to the next level. Elite Four-Star, Five-Star, and Residence Club members receive complimentary access to spa wet areas at each of our resort spas that provide this amenity. Simply book your spa treatment, present your Elite Member Card or Elite Member Bracelet for access and relax in comfort and style at our luxurious award-winning spas.
- Elite Members are issued an “Elite 15% Off Discount Card.” If an Elite member has yet to receive one or needs a new one, these cards may be requested from your Elite Concierge Agent or onsite at the resort. Elite Members receive a standardized discount of 15% off for use at Food & Beverage outlets, the Palmita Market, on Spa Services, and for activities/tours through the Travel Agencies. This discount is applicable at all properties. Elite cards are personalized and embossed and should be retained by the member for use each vacation. The Elite Member must always be present for use. This discount is not available for use on Meal Plans, All-Inclusive Packages, or Pre-Arrival Options.
Elite Suites
Many of our resorts have created an exclusive suite category specifically for our valued Elite Members. The new Elite Rooms feature a variety of upgraded features and amenities designed just for you to have an extraordinary vacation experience.
As an Elite member, you have the right to reserve these suites at the corresponding points rate based on the Elite Suites Points Chart. Each of these suites features upgraded furniture, appliances, decor, and more.
