Thank you for being a valued part of our member family. We wanted to take a moment to ask for your help following the below policies about resort reservations and options.
Please kindly remember that any change(s) to a reservation such as changing room types, changing the number of members/guests on the reservation, etc. or any change(s) to an option(s), such as the all-inclusive meal plan, spa service, shuttle service, etc., are subject to the below policies.
Additionally, instead of waiting until you arrive at the resort to make any reservation changes, we kindly request that you please modify your reservation as soon as you possible prior to your vacation instead. Sometimes our resorts do fill up and we have other members on the waitlist. If you change your room type in advance, we can offer that space to other members that may have not been able to receive their initial room request.
Please read the below to stay up to date on these key policies so that you can get the most out of your membership.
Club Time (Resort Inventory) Modification Policy
You may modify or cancel your reservation for up to 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. 29-15 days prior to arrival date is a 1-night penalty. 14-3 days prior to arrival is a 2 nights penalty. Modifications or cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will not receive any refund.
Owner Time/Preferred Time (Club Inventory) Modification Policy
For summer and winter arrivals, the following applies: You may modify or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for no penalty. Up to 31 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 fee. From 30 days, right up to the arrival date, there is a $200 fee. No shows will be assessed a $250 fee.
For holiday time arrivals, the following applies: You may modify or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for no penalty. Up to 31 days prior to arrival, there is a $150 fee. From 30 days, right up to the arrival date, there is a $250 fee. No shows will be assessed a $250 fee.
Reservation Options
If you modify or cancel your reservation options (meal plans, airport transfers, massages, etc.) up to 16 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. 15-8 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-0 days of arrival will not receive any refund.
No Show Policy
Please note that reservations are held for 24 hours after you are scheduled to check-in. If for any reason you will be arriving late for your reservation, you must let the Resort Front Desk area know. If you do not notify the Resort, the Resort can release room as this is considered a no show.

I’m a new member. What is the difference between Resort Inventory and Club Inventory? Are all members eligible for Club inventory? Thanks.

Welcome to the member family!
Since the resorts are a percentage of member owners and hotel guests, that is why you hear those terms. Resort inventory is hotel inventory (non-members) and Club inventory is what you as a member have access to (all members do have access to Club Inventory).
