We are happy to announce that Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas will be undergoing a series of enhancements during the month of September 2023. The majority of the renovations will focus on enhancing the common areas, providing all our guests with an even more elevated luxury experience in paradise.

The Property Renovation Includes the Following:
- Pool Area Renovations
The pool deck and walkway area (including the walk-in “beach” area for kids) will be completely resurfaced to give it an updated stylish and sleek look. One of our primary concerns is also the safety of the pool area, so all renovations around the pool area will ensure that the walkways and pool deck are always safe to use and easy to access for kids and adults alike. Since most members and guests enjoy spending the majority of their time relaxing by the pool, we want to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations with these upgrades. 
- Roof Renovations
We will be replacing the tiles on the roof near Villa 1704 as part of our standard maintenance plan. Frequent updates and maintenance allow us to uphold our exceptionally high standards of the exterior appearance of the villas in addition to the interiors. Both are equally important. As these improvements will be isolated to a small area, the disturbance will be minimal.
- Bathroom Remodels
A selection of master bathrooms in the luxury villas will undergo a designer makeover to add even more sophisticated amenities. Complete bathroom remodels will be carried out in a dozen of the Phase 3 Villas to upgrade them with the latest and best bathroom amenities befitting a luxury hotel.
- Common Area Maintenance
The common areas of the resort will be the primary focus of this year’s renovations. We strive to create an atmosphere that is contemporary, beautiful, and functional. And for everything to remain that way, sometimes they need a bit of a refresh. Throughout the property, we will be replacing all the tiles in the hallways and the lobby floor in addition to adding a fresh coat of paint to the hallways to brighten the space, infusing it with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The lobby bathroom will also receive some extra amenities to give it a five-star appearance and functionality.
There will be other smaller, but equally important, renovations to the resort as well to ensure that every member and guest can experience a luxury getaway in paradise. By continuously investing in maintenance and updates, we aim to maintain the pristine beauty of our property and ensure your utmost satisfaction during your time at Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas.
