Palmita Market & Deli Updates
Reopening with Limited Hours
This month marks the reopening of our beloved Deli! Operating from 8 am to 4 pm, it’s a must-visit for a quick bite or a cozy coffee break. Though the hours are currently limited, we’re thrilled to offer you the same delicious menu you’ve come to love and thanks to our new Executive Chef, enhancements are being worked on. Please note that the Palmita Market area as it previously was, is closed and has been relocated in an express form.
Palmita Express Convenience Store
New Location Near Public Laundromat
The new location, will be conveniently situated next to the existing public laundromat and facing the street, is ideal for quick grocery pickups. This store will offer a curated selection of essential grocery items. Rest assured; we have handpicked products to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or basic household necessities, Palmita Express is committed to providing the utmost convenience. The Palmita Express is scheduled to open during the month of July.
Kids’ Club Relocation
Moving Behind Patron Restaurant
Our Kids’ Club is ready in its new location and in the moving process. Now situated behind El Patron restaurant by the main pool, it offers easier access for both parents and kids along with more space and a large TV. This new location is estimated to be open by the end of this month.
Room Renovations and Demolition Updates
Rooms Cleared for Renovation
All rooms in the Villa del Mar area were emptied last week. While there’s no furniture or windows left in these rooms, rest assured, this is the first step towards an exciting transformation.
Though demolition activities have not started yet, the cleared rooms signify that renovations are on the horizon. We will keep you posted on when the next phase begins.
Anticipated Project Completion
Quarter 4 of 2027
The entire project, featuring beautiful new additions and extensive upgrades, is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. We know this seems like a long wait, but we’re confident that the results will be worth it.
