Dear Member,
I would like to thank you for being part of our family, for your trust in allowing us to be the backdrop for your memories, and for your membership in our Vacation Club. As we close this year’s chapter and move into 2026, I feel deeply grateful—proud of where we’ve been and excited for what lies ahead.
Last year showed us again that a vacation is never just about a place; a vacation is about the people you share it with. A vacation allows you to slow down in a world that moves too quickly, to reconnect with others, and to find joy in the experiences you share with others whether that is watching the sunset over the ocean, listening to laughter resonate off of a family pool area, or simply experiencing the peacefulness of having sand between your feet.
Last year, we were honored to welcome members at every stage of their lives. Some of you came back to resorts that feel like a second home resorts that have the staff greeting you by name and repeating the traditions that you have come to cherish year after year. Others came to us for the first time, eager and curious to start their journey by joining our Vacation Club. Many of you brought families and friends together for a reunion or milestone celebration.
Your stories motivate and inspire us. Stories of celebrating anniversaries on the beach, of finding healing and rest during challenging times, of children seeing the ocean for the first time, and of members who have been traveling with us for decades and still finding something new to love about each of our beautiful locations. Each of these moments are the heart of our Vacation Club, and each of these moments help guide every decision we make.
In 2025, we continued to improve the experiences you have grown accustomed to and should expect. Across the resorts, we completed updates to refresh our accommodations, a new lobby in Flamingos, common spaces, including pools in Cabo, and enhanced spa offerings, to provide a seamless elevated vacation experience. Every update was done with one objective in mind: to make your time with us effortless, memorable, and truly extraordinary.
Our culinary teams also had a remarkable year. Dining is a huge part of the overall vacation experience; we focused on the renovation of various outlets in Cabo and Vallarta, innovation, and connection. Members experienced enhanced menus created using regional Mexican inspiration, engaged in interactive experiences such as wine tastings/demonstrations, and relaxed in warm and inviting spaces where meals turned into conversations, and conversations turned into lasting friendships. These experiences are where memories are often formed, and we are proud of the passion that our culinary team brings to every meal and every member.
We also remain committed to providing excellent service. Extraordinary service has always been at the core of our product. We continued to build upon that legacy with further investment in training, consistency, and attention to detail. Regardless of the resort you chose to stay at, our goal remained to ensure that you felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment you arrived to the moment you started planning your next vacation.
As we look forward, there is no question of how exciting the upcoming year is going to be. The year will represent both continuity and growth, continuing to honor everything that makes our Vacation Club so unique while introducing new and innovative ways to support you.
Members can anticipate continued enhancement to our resorts including a new Gourmet Hall in Villa Del Palmar Flamingos, Upgraded Bella California, Carbone, and Neptune experiences in Cabo, the highly anticipated refresh on Villa Del Palmar Puerto Vallarta, and the start of Villa Group’s newest resort development, Villa La Valencia Resort Litibu just northeast of Punta de Mita. Stay tuned for more information to come on this wonderful new development. Whether you enjoy spending your days actively exploring new things or relaxing in peaceful solitude near the water, we want to assure you that your vacation will be tailored to your needs.
Behind the scenes, we will continue to work on making your ownership experience as smooth and user-friendly as possible. We will continually develop new tools, increase communication, and roll out member-centric innovations to ensure that the time you spend planning your vacations is as enjoyable as the time you spend taking them. Your time is valuable to us, and we are dedicated to honoring that value in every interaction.
Ultimately, this year will be driven by the same principle that has been driving us for decades—heart. Heart for our members. Heart for our employees. Heart for the moments that matter most. Travel is one of the greatest ways we connect to places, to cultures, to each other. We take seriously the role we play in helping you capture those moments in your life.
As you plan for your future vacations, don’t be afraid to think big. Plan the vacation that you’ve been dreaming of for years. Take the people you love with you. Visit the destination you’ve never been to before. Return to the destination that feels like home.
