Meet the newest members of the UVCI team that are responsible for making sure that you enjoy your membership as much as possible.
Nicolas Monetta, Inventory Analyst
Nicolas analyzes room availability to assist the Inventory Manager with accommodating member requests. Prior to working for UVCI, he graduated as a Program Analyst in Uruguay, where he grew up. Nicolas likes to exercise, embark on outdoor adventures, and travel. He is currently part of a local soccer team that has weekly practices and games. He enjoys trying new foods and learning about technology. Nicolas’ favorite part about working for UVCI is assisting people with their vacations so that they can have an incredible vacation experience.
Norma Rivera, Operations Coordinator
As Operations Coordinator, Norma has many administrative responsibilities such as setting up the board meetings, quarterly, monthly and weekly reporting, and planning and coordinating the yearly Annual Meeting and Annual Social. Norma has thirteen years of experience working in the timeshare industry. Two years ago, she became a Wedding Officiant and loves performing wedding ceremonies. She started a book club in 2010 with her sister and challenges herself to read and analyze a new book every week to discuss with her book club. Norma’s favorite part about working for UVCI is getting to meet all of the members and see how they are enjoying the events that she has helped plan.
Brittany Blanscet, Social Media & Communications Specialist
Brittany makes sure that members receive the most up to date information on their membership, the resorts, and destinations. She writes and distributes all eblasts, monthly newsletters, print newsletters, and social media posts. Prior to working at UVCI, Brittany was an Arts Manager for the Boys & Girls Club and a Social Media Coordinator for a local theatre in Los Angeles. Her hobbies include the arts (especially photography and creative writing), hiking, and exploring new places. In her spare time, Brittany serves as an Academic Coach for students of all ages and mentors children in local nonprofits. Brittany’s favorite part about working for UVCI is interacting with the members and hearing all of their vacation stories.
