Sabrina Sanchez will teach you all you need to know about Spanish white wines as you pair these wines with cheese and bread. The four-course dinner includes traditional Seafood Paella prepared by Chef Remby Rubio of Neptune Restaurant, amongst other dishes exclusively prepared for this event. |

Cooking Paella with Chef Giulio in Habana Lounge, and the Paella Cook Off and Dinner at Tortugas Terrace
Learn to cook paella at noon with Chef Giulio as you sip on Clericot and Clemintas. The grand finale of the week, the Paella Cook Off, will be held at the Tortugas Terrace in Villa del Palmar Cabo from 18:00-22:00. Competing chefs will cook paella and be judged according to the category they have entered. Attendees can taste the different paellas prepared during the competition, enjoy a salad bar, and Spanish Wine and beverages in addition to watching the live action on giant screens projected at the event. |
