Every month for the rest of the year there is something special going on that you won’t want to miss. With many festive parties, holiday themed meals, and live entertainment, you are sure to have the time of your life celebrating the holidays with us in Mexico. September
With September 16th being the Independence Day of Mexico, we have decided to throw a month-long party celebrating everything Mexico during our Taste of Mexico event at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta, Villa del Palmar Cabo, Villa La Valencia Los Cabos, Villa del Palmar Flamingos, and Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit. All September-long you can experience countless cultural and culinary experiences celebrating the traditions of Mexico such as various buffets, parties, theme nights, interactive activities, cooking classes, games, and more. For members and guests on the all-inclusive plan, this event will be included. European Plan members and guests can inquire with the front desk onsite at the resort for activity pricing and sign-up.
October
On October 31st, we invite you to participate in Halloween celebrations at all our resorts. International buffets, accompanied by live music, open bars, and costume contests, all await fans of Halloween. Don’t forget to pack your costume and be prepared for a fun time! 
November
At all our resorts, learn more about Mexican culture by experiencing Día de Los Muertos (“Day of the Dead”). Día de Los Muertos celebrations occur on November 1st and 2nd to celebrate the lives of those who have passed away. During this time, you can enjoy celebratory Mexican buffets, admire altars with sugar skulls, and observe altar decorations made for loved ones. It will be a celebration of life like you have never seen before! 
There is no better place than on vacation to express and celebrate gratitude. And what better time to do so than during the Thanksgiving holiday? If you are planning your vacation in November, you can acknowledge the special day along with your loved ones in one of our beautiful resorts. Festive buffets with live performances are planned at all Villa Group Resorts. Furthermore, for Thanksgiving, you will find specially curated menus in many of our restaurants. When you are in such a beautiful place like Mexico, it is easy to find reasons for being thankful. 
December
December is set to be a fun month at the Villa Group Resorts since there are so many events in store for you!
At the beginning of the month, all our resorts will kick off the holiday month with a festive Christmas Tree Lighting, usually hosted in the lobby of the resort. This event is most commonly accompanied by live singing, dancing, lights, and hot chocolate. Plus, there will be so many adorable winter decorations around that you will feel as if you have been transported to the North Pole!
Mid-month, many of our resorts will host a traditional Mexican Posada, which is a tradition that re-enacts the pilgrimage of Mary and Joseph. During this event, you’ll get to introduce your taste buds to a Mexican buffet, enjoy the perks of an open bar, try Mexican Punch, and experience the magic of traditional pastorela, piñatas, and mariachi; this is simply the best way to ring in the holiday season.
In Mexico, you may not get a white Christmas, but you will have lots of beach, which will make your celebrations special. Regardless of whether you are vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Cancun, or the Islands of Loreto, you can join in on festivities and create memories with your friends and family that will last forever.
For Christmas Eve, many of our resorts will have special menus along with festive activities and entertainment. On Christmas Day, Santa will be arriving to spread his holiday cheer! You can enjoy a Christmas meal with a holiday-themed show. Sounds like a dream come true!
For New Year’s Eve, many Villa Group Resorts will offer live music, entertainment, and, of course, a bar so you can party your way into the new year! Say goodbye to the old year and welcome in the new as you celebrate in paradise at your home away from home.
