The city of Puerto Vallarta will host its 22nd Annual Festival Gourmet Internacional de Puerto Vallarta from Friday, November 11 thru Sunday, November 20, 2016. This festival will feature gourmet food tasting, cooking classes, workshops, theme nights, and fiestas. Locations for this event vary depending on the activity. Attendees can choose to attend any events that they would like throughout this international gourmet food festival.
Guest Chefs working in prestigious restaurants from all over Mexico will be cooking at this festival. We are pleased to announce that Chef Emanuele Olivera, from Bella California at Villa del Palmar Cabo, is a Guest Chef for this festival and will be cooking dinner on Saturday, November 12th at Villa La Estancia Cabo.

My husband and I will be staying at Villa del Palmar Flamingos 12/7-14. We are interested in seeing Los Voladores de Papantla on the Malecon. Can you tell us when they perform.
We also would like to watch the processions for la Nuestra Dama de Guadalupe. Any tips on viewing, etc. would be appreciated.
