  1. We`re coming down 22-29th in the last week of October and staying at the Villa Del Palmar in Cabo. This will be the 3rd time in October, in addition to our two times a year July & Dec. every year since 2004. as a VPA member. Please send me a list of activities during that week . Thank you

    1. Hi John and Leslie,
Thank you for your inquiry. The Activities Schedule changes weekly and we advise requesting this from the resort upon check-in since we do not have the schedule for October yet. I hope you have a wonderful, upcoming vacation!

  2. I will be arriving 11 May with 3 guests. When will I be cotacted about activities, shuttle price, excursions, members update etc.?

    1. Hi Carolyn,

Thank you for your inquiry. I have sent your request to our Pre-Arrivals team and an agent will be contacting you within 48 hours to discuss your upcoming vacation. We hope you have a wonderful trip. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.

      Kind Regards,

  3. Just wondering when you guys plan on working on the resortcom Web site. It is absolutely horrible and for what we paid I would hope some money is put into the Web site making it more user friendly.

    1. Hi Deirdre,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that the ResortCom website is currently being worked on to better serve our members. If you have any questions or concerns that you need answered please email memberservices@resortcom.com. 4. Thanks for the summary of the Internet availability at the various resorts. From my recent experience at Loreto, the summary is accurate for that resort. Wifi is not available in the rooms, just in public areas.
However, the description for Loreto on the website blog.myuvci.com is still incorrect. It states that wifi is available in the rooms. I sent a message about that problem two weeks ago, but I haven’t received a satisfactory response, except to say that my message was forwarded “to the proper department”.

    1. Hi Robert,

Thank you for reading our blog and sharing your feedback with us. I apologize that your initial email wasn’t responded to and I will look into this to see what happened. As a result of you sharing your feedback with us, we are changing the internet description for Loreto on our UVCI website in order to provide all members with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Our website programmer is currently working on this change so please allow up to 48 hours for our website to reflect this information.

      Kind Regards,
      Brittany Blanscet

  5. Hi Brittany
Recently I used the google map to look at the Flamingoes resort, and for some reason it showed up under different name. Is this resort sold? It would be sad , since this was our favorite resort.

    Vera,

    1. Hi Vera,

Thank you for your inquiry. No, this resort has not been sold and is still Villa del Palmar Flamingos. We will work on fixing this concern with Google Maps to ensure that it shows the correct information. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

      Best Regards,
      Brittany Blanscet
