Introducing Your Onsite Club Specialists

We are pleased to announce the addition of the onsite Club Specialist position at our resorts in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and the Islands of Loreto! These Club Specialists are your go-to contact for any questions or concerns that you may have while onsite at our resorts. Their focus is to make sure that you are satisfied with your vacation experience and to serve as a main point of contact for all members.  

Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta: Iris Luna 

Iris’main goal is to ensure that you feel at home while you are on vacation. She is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for all members and enjoys assisting members.  

Iris has a background of working in Guest Service at hotels in Puerto Vallarta. She has been with Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta since 2016, where she started as a Front Desk Supervisor. Her experience paired with her degree in Tourism from the University of Guadalajara makes Iris a great resource for all of our members.  

Her office is #135 located in Villa del Mar, building 3 on the ground floor, right in front of the tennis court. Iris is often found walking around the resort engaging with others, so we recommend that you ask the Front Desk in the Main Lobby to page her for you.  

Iris is passionate about overcoming challenges, creating special moments for others, and engaging with people. She loves living by the ocean and is fascinated by sea life. A few of Iris’ goals are to travel to Greece, achieve a Master’s in Neurolinguistic Programming, and to continue to move up in managerial positions to eventually become the General Manager at Villa del Palmar. 

Villa del Palmar Flamingos: Sarah Chayba 

Sarah enjoys ensuring that all members have an extraordinary vacation experience during their stay. She loves to help people and ensure that they are happy. 

Sarah moved to Puerto Vallarta from Canada when she was 18 years old for a new adventure and to work in the hospitality industry. She started as a member of the Activities Team (you may recognize her from leading your favorite activity or starring in a resort show), and then took a Guest Service Manager role. Her passion for guest service paired with her entertainment experience makes her the perfect person for you to ask about what you should do while on vacation.  

Her desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Palmar Flamingos, right next to the Money Exchange.  

Sarah likes to rescue and care for animals, dance, travel, spend time with her family, and train at the gym. She likes to recharge and relax by taking her dogs for a walk or run. The movie The Blindside inspires her. She likes to eat pasta, tacos, and sushi. Sarah recommends that you try the sushi onsite at Yashinoki for a delicious meal! 

Villa del Palmar Cabo: Gabriela Galindo 

Gabriela likes to work closely with all the resort staff members to make sure that members always receive an awesome vacation experience.  

She started with the Villa Group Los Cabos in 2003 as a Night Phone Operator. She then moved up to the following positions in this order: Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Supervisor, and Guest Service Manager (where she was the last 6 years before becoming the Club Specialist). Her knowledge about our resorts paired with her passion for helping others makes her a wonderful addition to our Club team.  

Gabriela’s desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Palmar Cabo, to the side of the Front Desk.  

Villa del Arco: Andres Trinidad 

Andres has worked at Villa Group Los Cabos since 2015. He started out as a Telephone Operator for the Dessert Spa and worked his way up to Front Desk Supervisor, followed by Elite Concierge Supervisor and Guest Service Manager positions. His knowledge in these departments and at our resorts make him an asset to our Club team.  

His desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Arco.  

In Andres’ spare time, he enjoys playing basketball at the local park, walking his dogs to a popular hill called “Cerro d la Z,” and partaking in water activities at Medano Beach. He likes to watch comedy movies with his family and finds this a great way to relax. Andres’ favorite food to eat is seafood, especially fresh sushi. He recommends that you try the tuna taquitos at El Patron Restaurant, which is a tasty recipe by our Head Chef.  

Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto:  Misael Chan

Misael enjoys overseeing all aspects of the member experience at the Islands of Loreto to provide all members with a fantastic vacation. He is passionate about hospitality and working with the resort management to make things happen.  

Misael started with the Villa Group in 2008, where he worked as Club Manager at Villa del Palmar Cabo. From 2012-2019 he worked as the Guest Service Manager for Villa del Arco before he moved to Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto.  

Misael’s office is located in Building 4, 2nd floor right by the Market Restaurant. However, he is often moving around the resort to interact with members so you can best find him by asking the Front Desk to page him.  

Misael likes swimming in the ocean and pool, fishing, and diving. His favorite food is fajitas and the Mexican Pizza onsite at the Casa Mia Restaurant, Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. He likes listening to jazz music to recharge and relax. His favorite quote is “The attitude is the difference. Get inspired. Get focused.”  

We invite you to say hello to your Onsite Club Specialists the next time you are at our resorts. All Club Specialists attend the weekly Member’s Cocktail Party, which is a great event to meet them at along with the resort management and other members.
