Universal Vacation Club International is dedicated to ensuring that our member family receives personalized service and specialized care at all stages of the vacation process. To assist with this, we have hired and placed a team of devoted onsite professionals at each of our Villa Group resorts. These team members primarily focus on assisting our members, answering their questions, and ensuring that they have the highest quality vacation experience possible while staying at our multi-award-winning international properties.
Additionally, each of these representatives strives to enhance your member experience by regularly advising members and staff on the most recent Club Rules, Club Regulations, and through serving as a liaison between the Club, various hotel partners, and your Member Services providers at ResortCom.
The Onsite Club Representatives are broken down into the following two categories: Club Specialists and Club Managers, and UVCI Onsite Managers. Each of these roles play an important part in servicing you, our valued members. Please read along to learn what each of these roles so that you know who to contact when you are in need of member services onsite at your home away from home.
Club Specialists & Club Managers
The Club Specialists and Club Managers are your main point of contact onsite at the resorts if you ever need anything. They assist members with questions regarding their membership and the resort, work closely with ResortCom Member Services in Las Vegas to manage member account information, and assist in booking and pre-arranging onsite activities for members. The Club Specialists and Managers perform regular inspections of the resorts and constantly work with the hotel teams to ensure that your member experience is extraordinary. Their goal is to make sure that are satisfied with your onsite experience.

My favorite activities are centered around my family. I love spending time with my family and doing fun things together. For that reason, I always recommend that our guests visit the beach and relax and unwind with their family, have some fun together, enjoy playing some beach soccer, get into the water, or build some sandcastles! The weather and the waves are always beautiful in Cabo!

The top activities I always recommend are the Kayaking and Paddleboarding Tours and the always fun, Ceramic & Crafts Painting activity, which is regularly held in the pool area.

Some of the things I enjoy doing at the resort include meeting and getting to know members and guests, exploring the beautiful Islands and taking in the scenery, riding ATV’s, and snorkeling.

Some activities that I love doing at the resort are kayaking, paddleboarding, riding ATV’s, enjoying whale watching during the whale watching season (which typically begins in December and ends in March in Loreto), snorkeling, and touring the Islands of Loreto.
I am constantly roaming the resort, monitoring the facilities, and ensuring all members are well taken care of, but when I am not doing those things, I can be found at the front counter at Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto.

If you’re ever planning a special event, be sure to let our Member Service agents know at the time you are booking your vacation. I love socializing with our members and surprising them with something special when they are celebrating a birthday, wedding anniversary, honeymoon, or any special occasion at our resort. I enjoy helping everyone create unforgettable memories!
I can be found walking around the hotel premises, greeting members, and ensuring everything is running smoothly for our members and guests. And if a member would like to sit down with me or request my assistance, they can find me at the Front Desk, or they can reach out to our Front Desk team, and they will contact me so that I can come up and assist!

Here at Villa del Palmar Flamingos, my favorite activities, and what I typically recommend for guests, is to get out and enjoy the beach; it is an amazing walk to Bucerias! I also suggest that they take a paddleboard out into the ocean and explore the beautiful Banderas Bay!
For the time being, my desk is currently located near the Concierge desk at Villa La Estancia. However, I am still readily available to assist members. Please stop by the Front Desk at Villa del Palmar Flamingos, provide your membership information, and my team, and I will assure that you are assisted.
UVCI Onsite Club Managers by Region
The UVCI Onsite Managers work closely with the Club Specialists and Club Managers, along with Resort Management, to make sure that your membership experience onsite is extraordinary. They provide support to the Front Desk, Club Specialists/Managers, and the Concierge teams to ensure that all member inquiries are addressed in a satisfactory manner; they also work closely with the Elite Concierges.
The UVCI Onsite Managers lead training sessions for onsite team members and regularly update staff on Club policies and procedures. They assist in the reservation process as needed, attend member events, and work closely with all management to ensure that members have updated information. The UVCI Onsite Managers audit reservations, oversee invoice management for the resorts, and support all member inquiries.

I enjoy attending the different member’s events at our resorts. One of my favorite things and something I recommend everyone do when they vacation is to go relax and pamper yourself by enjoying some of the many spa treatments offered at any of our multi-award winning Villa Group spas!

My office is located at the Villa del Mar resort (older section of VDP Vallarta), located in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
