Join us at Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas for the Mole and Chocolate Festival! This event will be held from August 20th – August 24th and will feature guest celebrity chefs, professional winemakers, chef demonstrations. wine samplings, and more.
Although some mole sauces can include chocolate, chocolate is not the primary ingredient in mole sauce. Mole (pronounced moe-le) is created with chili peppers, spices, nuts, chocolate, and various seasonings (depending on the region of Mexico). It is a delicious staple of the traditional Mexican cuisine. A few popular dishes prepared with mole sauce include but are not limited to, casseroles, pasta, enchiladas, and chicken. Guests in attendance will have an up close culinary experience and the opportunity to enjoy a variety of chocolate and mole centered creations.
So bring your appetite and prepare your taste buds for this one of a kind culinary experience happening this August. We can’t wait for everyone to join us at the beautiful Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas!
