You will be dazzled by this gorgeous new restaurant venue! Neptune is located above a new Sales office that has been constructed on the lower level and has been transformed into a fantastic new rooftop restaurant with even more breathtaking panoramic views than ever before. Neptune was designed by noted Guadalajara designer Marisol Tafich as an elegant yet tranquil setting and includes a bar area on the terrace for relaxing before or after dinner. Neptune opened this month and has been delighting guests with its charming food and décor.
The entire restaurant resembles the inside of a ship and is surrounded by circular windows, views of the beach, and blue and white décor so that you feel as if you are dining aboard a ship. Come watch chef Stuart Roger prepare a variety of dishes such as ceviche, organic chicken breast, and oysters. Don’t forget to ask for the signature drink that consists of Hypnotic liqueur and champagne, which tastefully matches the ambience of this restaurant.
