We are pleased to re-introduce you to your onsite Club Specialists at our resorts in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and the Islands of Loreto! These Club Specialists are your go-to contacts for any questions or concerns that you may have while onsite at our resorts. Their focus is to make sure that you are satisfied with your vacation experience and to serve as a main point of contact for all members.
Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta: Jaime Hernandez
After working as the Elite Butler for our Residence members for the past four years, Jaime has now joined us as your new Club Specialist at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. He has a passion for service and is always looking to elevate the member experience to make your vacation even more extraordinary.
In addition to his passion for helping members, Jaime is an amazing singer and enjoys playing the guitar. He also loves the beach and recommends snorkeling in Puerto Vallarta.
You can find Jaime in the Lobby at his desk, which is right in front of the check-in area.
Villa del Palmar Flamingos: Iris Luna
After working at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta since 2016, Iris is now located at Villa del Palmar Flamingos. She is passionate about helping others, learning new things, and constantly enhancing the vacation experience for all.
In her spare time, Iris enjoys exploring new places with her two children and visiting the beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta. She loves paddleboarding and watching the gorgeous sunsets in Puerto Vallarta.
Iris’ desk is in the Lobby at Villa del Palmar Flamingos, right by the window located behind the Bell Boy Stand.
Villa del Palmar Cabo: Gabriela Galindo
Prior to working for the Club, Gabriela worked with Villa Group Los Cabos since 2003. Her extensive hotel experience paired with her passion for helping others has made her a wonderful addition to our Club Team. The satisfaction of our members is Gabriela’s top priority, and she interacts with our members to ensure that their vacation is going well.
Gabriela loves spending time with her family and traveling. Her favorite food is pizza, and she recommends the Pizza Bar at Villa del Palmar Cabo as that is her favorite pizza in town.
Gabriela’s desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Palmar Cabo, to the side of the Front Desk.
Villa del Arco: Andres Trinidad
Andres has worked at Villa Group Los Cabos since 2015. He started out as a Telephone Operator for the Dessert Spa and worked his way up to Front Desk Supervisor, followed by Elite Concierge Supervisor and Guest Service Manager positions. His knowledge in these departments and at our resorts make him an asset to our Club team.
In Andres’ spare time, he enjoys playing basketball at the local park, walking his dogs to a popular hill called “Cerro de la Z,” and partaking in water activities at Medano Beach. He likes to watch comedy movies with his family and finds this a great way to relax. Andres’ favorite food to eat is seafood, especially fresh sushi. He recommends that you try the tuna taquitos at El Patron Restaurant, which is a tasty recipe by our Head Chef.
His desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Arco.
Villa La Valencia: Maria Mata
Maria has worked with the Villa Group since 2012 in reception and reservations, giving her a solid background in customer service for her new role as Club Specialist at Villa La Valencia.
Maria enjoys camping with her family and exploring the beautiful beaches in and around Cabo. She recommends that you visit Balandra, Tecolote, El Coyote, Requesón, Isla Coronado and Punta Arena during your next Cabo vacation(s).
Maria’s desk is located in the Lobby, close to the Reception Desk.
Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto: Javier Sosa
Javier has three years of experience working for Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. With his background, he is able to excel at providing members with unique and memorable vacation experiences.
Javier’s hobbies are adventuring to new places and learning new things. During the summer, he likes to visit the local islands and beaches.
You can find Javier’s desk in the main Lobby.
Please note that all of our Club Specialists are often walking around the resort engaging with members. If you are looking for your onsite Club Specialist and [s]he is not at their desk, we recommend that you ask the Front Desk or Concierge to page him/her for you.

*Please note that Sarah Chayba, former Club Specialist in the Puerto Vallarta Region, has been promoted to Club Experience Manager. In this new role, she oversees the member experience process at all Villa Group Resorts to ensure that you always have an extraordinary vacation. She will no longer be your main point of contact when at the resorts, but she will be working very closely with the Club Specialists that do serve as your main point of contact. Congratulations, Sarah! We cannot wait to see you help us constantly refine the member experience at each Villa Group Resort.

Gabby at Cabo is one of the sweetest people we know. She is always smiling and is very helpful . It’s always a pleasure to see her.
While vacationing at Villa del Palmar in February and March for 6 weeks, I had the opportunity to meet both Jaime and Sarah. Wonderful people, friendly, always willing to stop and talk and answer any of your questions or just visit. Jaime was always introducing new activities to make your visit a pleasant one.
Thanks to both of you for adding to our vacation and we will see you again in the fall.
PS Jaime really is a good dancer as well as a singer.
It’s wonderful to see that the Villa Group promotes its talented people and retains such professionalism. As an Elite member, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks in Cabo; one at Villa del Palmar and one week at Villa del Arco. There was a SIGNIFICANT difference in the personnel between both clubs. We were treated like special guests while staying at Palmar by all the employees, especially Alberto, who could not have been more helpful. Sadly, we were not ever once greeted or had anyone go out of their way while at Del Arco, which was disappointing.
Congrats Sarah Chayba you are excellent at your work. Thank you so much for all the help and professionalism you have me and my children on such a difficult momente we encounter September of 2021 at Flamingos. Thank you and best of luck in your new position.
