Resort Guidelines for a Relaxing Getaway

A resort vacation is all about relaxation, joy, and creating memories that last a lifetime. To ensure every member and guest can fully enjoy their time with us, we’ve outlined a few simple policies. These guidelines help maintain a harmonious and fun environment for everyone. Take a moment to review them and get ready to make the most of your stay!

Check-In and Check Out Times

Check-in at our resorts begins at 4 pm, allowing our team plenty of time to prepare your space for a welcoming arrival. Check out is at 11 am, ensuring we uphold the highest standards for incoming members and guests. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to inquire with the front desk upon check-in. Our staff will do their best to assist you and ensure a smooth experience.

Pool Etiquette

Every resort features unique pool schedules tailored to its setting. Look for signage near the pool or contact reception at extension 0 for specific hours. To help everyone enjoy the pool, please keep the following in mind:

  • Towels and Loungers: Dedicated pool towels are available during designated hours. Please refrain from using room towels at the pool so they remain available for other purposes. Reserving loungers with personal belongings is not permitted. Unattended items used to “hold” chairs before pool hours will be removed and can be retrieved from Lost & Found.
  • Food and Drinks: Only food and beverages purchased from resort outlets are permitted poolside. Outside food, beverages, and glass items are prohibited to maintain cleanliness and safety. Drinks bought at in-room markets should remain within your room.
  • Music and Noise: To preserve a peaceful atmosphere, personal speakers or music devices are not allowed. Use headphones if you choose to listen to music to avoid disturbing others.
  • Safety and Supervision: Please follow all posted pool rules and safety signage. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult, while children under 15 are not permitted in the Jacuzzi. For younger children, designated splash pad or baby pool areas are available, and swim diapers must be used with regular changes for hygiene.
  • Sun Safety: Remember to use sunscreen and take periodic breaks from the sun. Relaxing in shaded areas and staying hydrated will help you enjoy a full day outdoors comfortably.
  • Pool Access: The pool is exclusively for members and guests staying at the resort.

By following these simple guidelines, we can create a fun, safe, and relaxing poolside experience for everyone to enjoy.

Guest Pass Policies

Members can request guest or visitor passes directly through the resort. These passes are granted at the discretion of resort management based on the resort’s occupancy at the time of the request.

If you’d like to invite a guest, contact the front desk for further details and assistance. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request while ensuring a comfortable and balanced atmosphere for all members and guests.

Enjoy Your Stay

By following these guidelines, you help create a warm and tranquil atmosphere for all members and guests. Whether you’re unwinding by the pool or enjoying shared amenities, these simple practices ensure your stay is both pleasant and memorable.

For any questions or specific requests during your stay, our friendly staff is available at extension 0. We are committed to making your vacation extraordinary and look forward to welcoming you back to your home away from home soon!
