Isla Blanca, also known as “White Island,” is located at Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres is a short distance away from Villa del Palmar Cancun and it is a fantastic place to visit when you vacation with us. This popular paradise attraction is a broad strip of sand that separates the Chacmuchuch Lagoon from the Caribbean Sea.
This secluded piece of land features white sandy beaches and stretches of mangrove orchids. It is also the perfect destination to spot sea turtles, pelicans, iguanas, flamingos, and many other exotic creatures.
Its calm waters are perfect for families and travelers looking to sunbathe, relax, swim, and enjoy other aquatic activities.
Isla Blanca is a publicly accessible beach that guests can visit during any time of the day. If you are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend that you visit between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm so that you can take advantage of the daylight.
When you travel to Isla Blanca, be sure to pack plenty of water, insect repellant, a hat, sunscreen, or other forms of sun protection. There are three delicious restaurants in the area that are typically open from early afternoon until sunset. But, if you want to spend the day relaxing on the beach, we recommend that you pack food and enjoy a peaceful picnic on the beach.
As you arrive at the destination, you will be able to find public parking near the outside area of the lagoon near the sand.
