At the Villa Group properties, it is always a pleasure to welcome you and invite you to escape and experience total relaxation in our exceptional resort facilities. We are honored to be your hosts. All of our staff members, even those you don’t meet face-to-face, are committed to providing the highest quality service to make your stay truly spectacular.
Therefore, we would like to remind you the daily service fee of US $3.50 per unit per day that will be added to your bill at check-out, and shared between staff such as kitchen, laundry, maintenance and landscaping staff, with the exception of those who typically receive gratuities directly such as waiters, bartenders, bellmen or concierge staff. Managers and executives do not participate in this program.
This policy has been in place for more than five years. You will receive a letter explaining the program during checking, or you may find reference to the program on your key packet. Members who stay longer will have their fees reduced on a sliding day based on the length of their stay, which includes multiple consecutive stays at any Villa Group property. Please note, this sliding scale is not applicable to guests of members or exchange guests.
Service Fee Breakdown:
Daily service fee 1 – 14 days $3.50 per unit per day
15-30 days $2.50 per unit per day
31-45 days $2.00 per unit per day
46+ days $1.50 per unit per day
