A number of fabulous incentives are in the cards to entice your next visit to Villa del Palmar Cancun in 2018, starting with the spring program. In addition to various attractions in preparation for the spring season, the resort will be hosting a mini beer festival that will take place from February 4th until March 17th, closing with a grand celebration on Saint Patrick’s Day.
Beer Festival 2018
During the festival from March 1-17, you will be able to enjoy a special beer tasting activity, which will be featured in the activities program three times a week until the end of the festival. An expert in craft beer will guide you through a number of different beers, showing you what to look for in terms of aroma, taste, color, texture and alcohol content. The beers will be served accompanied by canapés that aid the tasting process, and it will cost $30 USD per person to partake in the beer tasting. Mexico has a thriving craft beer industry with new breweries popping up all the time. Currently, the Mexican market for cervezas artesanales, as they are known in Spanish, is dominated by breweries such as Minerva, Los Cuentos and Cervecería de Colima, amongst other up-and-coming brands.
Spring Spa Treatments
The Village Spa will be ready to pamper you with special seasonal treatments for spring! Each spring treatment will be tailored to reflect the season and prepare you for the year ahead as you discover the incredible properties contained in the seasonal ingredients. You will also be able to see firsthand the improvements made to the Village Spa, which includes a new pergola over the hydrotherapy circuit that now makes the wet areas available even on rainy days!
