Villa Group Los Cabos 
Villa del Arco is remodeling all rooms from the fifth and seventh floors to be Elite rooms (the sixth floor is already Elite). These updated rooms will have new sofa beds, updated decorative items, and Smart TVs. Additionally, they will include Apple TV and Bose Speakers, new stainless-steel appliances, LED lighting, contemporary furniture, and an overall updated look. The bedrooms will get new linens, cushions, pillows, towels, and curtains.
Additionally, both Villa del Arco and Villa del Palmar Cabo have put in new lounge chairs by the pool and beach for your added comfort.
Flamingos
Villa del Palmar Flamingos will be renovating all the rooms over the next year. The décor, amenities, and access to the internet will be enhanced. Additionally, new linens, artwork, and paint will be added.
The terrace of El Patron will be remodeled to include innovative design elements along with new tables and chairs. Yashinoki will repaint the interior and change its décor to give diners a modern dining experience. Tomatillos will receive new outdoor equipment. Chinguito (the bar) will be given a complete makeover and will offer more seating space. The Lobby Bar will also receive new furniture and feature a more open dining concept; the Lobby Bathrooms will be renovated as well. We are also working on changing the design of the Convention Center so it is more modern and open.

Do you have an estimated date of when this remodel is going to take place?
For Villa del Arco, the goal is to finish this by end of 2022.
For Villa del Palmar Flamingos, these upgrades will take place gradually and the goal is to complete this by mid 2023. Note that this may change based on construction completion.
We have reservations for October 2022. What renovations will be happening that month? What restaurants will be closed, if any? Thanks!!
Currently, we do not have any restaurant closures planned. If anything changes the resort will communicate that.

We plan to visit Flamingos December 1-8th. What renovations will be taking place at that time and what will be the impact at the resort? Are the renovations having an impact on what units are available like 1 bedroom units?

For December the renovations will not impact your stay or what is available. The resort will be primarily working on simple renovations like painting, getting new furniture, etc. during December. There are currently no restaurant closures planned.
