All-Inclusive Meal Plan Enhancements 

In 2024, we have made some changes regarding our all-inclusive meal plan options. As part of our commitment to cater to our members’ desires, many of our resorts have expanded their offerings to include both alcohol and non-alcohol meal plans.  

Moreover, we have also responded to valuable customer feedback by lifting the previous three consecutive day requirement. This means that members and guests now have even more flexibility and choice when it comes to customizing their dining experiences during their stay. We are delighted to provide these enhanced options to ensure that all members’ and guests’ needs and preferences are met, creating truly unforgettable experiences at our resorts. 

Our all-inclusive meal plan now offers greater flexibility! Gone are the days of committing to a minimum of three consecutive days. Instead, you can now split your meal plan and savor it one day at a time. You must inform the front desk during check-in about the specific day(s) you desire the all-inclusive meal plan for. It’s important to note that, with the exception of Loreto, while you can split the days for the meal plan, individual meals cannot be divided. This means that if you have the meal plan for breakfast, you must also have it for lunch on the same day. However, if you choose a full day of the meal plan starting with breakfast, all three meals must be enjoyed consecutively.  

Credit Card Hold 

All stays at The Villa Resort Group require a temporary credit card hold upon check-in to cover any damages or outstanding balances. This hold will be reflected in pesos on your bank statement and will be automatically released upon check-out. It’s important to note that this hold is not an actual charge, so there won’t be any refund appearing on your bank statement. Additionally, having a credit card on file allows our members and guests to enjoy the benefits of a cashless resort! You won’t need to carry your credit card around the resort or to the beach – simply sign and pay hassle-free!
