Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta Renovation Update

There was an announcement earlier in Quarter 1 which advised about the reconstruction project for Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. While this is still in the planning/permitting phase, the Club is working to reiterate that any impact to Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta is at least 18-24 months out. 

Phase 1 of this project will commence in the Del Mar side of the resort and is estimated to begin in Quarter 4 2023. Phase 2 of this project will take place at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta, and it is estimated to begin renovation in early 2025.

The Romantic Zone is another popular area teeming with lively bars, restaurants, and clubs that provide a diverse range of music, food, and entertainment and is just a 15-minute taxi ride (4.5 miles) from the resort.
