Featuring a variety of flavors from South America including ceviche, marinated steak, and marinated chicken. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Located in Villa del Arco.
Bella California:
Enjoy fresh roasted veggies, pizzas from our brick oven, and ceviche while dinning in this stunning beachfront bistro. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is from 7:00 am to 11:30 am. Lunch is from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Dinner is from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Located in Villa del Palmar Cabo.
Carbon Grill Restaurant:
Our menu features items with bold Argentian flavors such as grilled steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables along with an extensive wine list to perfectly compliment your meal. Carbon Grill is located by the pool at Villa del Palmar Cabo and open Tuesday thru Sunday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. and boasts a casual dress code.
Smoothie Bar:
The Smoothie Bowl specializes in fresh and healthy smoothies made with local produce that are sure to nourish your body and delight your taste buds! From the Banana Monkey to the Kiwi Detox Smoothie you are bound to find something you will enjoy. All smoothies have the option to be made with Hershey’s Chocolate, strawberries, banana, green apple, granola and walnuts; substitutions and omissions can be made. The Smoothie Bowl is located by the pool at Villa del Palmar Cabo and is open daily from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
El Bucanero:
Pirate-themed restaurant onboard the ship at Villa del Arco that offers comfort food such as tacos, burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm.
El Patron:
Traditional Mexican Cuisine with a contemporary twist. Open daily from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm for breakfast and 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner. Located in Villa del Arco.
Neptune:
Chef Stuart Roger combines classic French technique with casual Cabo flair to prepare local seafood in this venue situated right above Medano Beach. Open nightly from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm for dinner and from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am for drinks. Located in Villa del Arco.
Taco Bar:
Indulge in authentic Mexican tacos while taking in the beauty that surrounds you in this poolside restaurant. Open Mondays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesdays thru Sundays from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm in Villa del Palmar Cabo. Open daily from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Villa del Arco.
The Sushi Bar:
Delight your palate with our Sushi Bar combining simplicity and elegance. Located in Villa del Palmar Cabo right next to the Taco Bar. Open daily from 11:00 am-6:00 pm.
Ice Cream Corner:
Satisfy your ice cream craving, savor a café latte, or enjoy a decadent chocolate crepe. Open daily from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. Located in Villa del Palmar Cabo.
Palmita Market & Deli:
Open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Palmita Market & Deli offers a variety of homemade breakfast pastries, freshly brewed coffee, organic salads, freshly-prepared sandwiches, gourmet desserts, and snacks to keep you energized throughout your vacation. We also sell groceries for those desiring to cook in their suite and souvenirs so you don’t have to go off property for your needs to be met.
La Casona:
Located at Villa La Estancia, this elegant restaurant offers premium cuts, locally grown produce, and an extensive wine and tequila selection. Open daily for breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Reservations are required. Dress code: Dress shoes are required for all, while a collared shirt is required for men. Flip-flops are not allowed.
La Parrilla:
Dine poolside at Villa La Estancia for any meal of the day as you enjoy a breezy meal, savory cocktails, or even a simple snack. This restaurant is sure to fulfill any tropical food cravings you may have with Cajun Blackened Tuna, Veracruz Style Sea Bass, Ceviche, Seasonal Fruit Platters, and more. Open daily from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
