Dear Vacation Club Member, 

As we bid farewell to another extraordinary year, I wanted to take this moment and express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering loyalty when vacationing with us. As I write this year’s note, the word that comes to mind is “heart”. Heart in the sense of loving our members, in the sense of being part of our family and most of all, in the sense of putting our members’ needs in everything we do.   

This year has been a testament to the strength of our vacation club family, our commitment to quality, and our relentless pursuit of excellence in member experiences. At the heart of our club lies the sense of togetherness that unites us all. Your engagement through shared experiences continues to enrich our club and our members.  

Perhaps it is the heartfelt stories that are shared by members just like you. Taking their ailing mother on her final vacation after owning with us for thirty years so she could see just one last sunset, or the new members who just purchased and are bringing their baby on vacation for the first time, or the family reunion of forty people who travel each year to Cabo on new, uncharted adventures. It’s these stories that make the heart of our club, our developers, and our resorts beat stronger than ever in hopes of delivering extraordinary vacations.  

This year, we have taken significant strides in expanding our member experiences at each of our resorts. From revitalized amenities to thrilling new activities, we’re continuously striving to make every moment you spend with us unforgettable. A delightful dining experience is an integral part of any vacation, and this year, we’ve raised the bar. Our culinary teams across all resorts have been hard at work crafting exquisite menus that celebrate local flavors while maintaining standards of quality and presentation.
