Villa del Palmar Flamingos Welcomes Miguel Angel Sotelo Hernandez!
Mr. Hernández has been working in the hotel industry for 30 years and as a General Manager for 15 years. His previous experience entails working for Grupo Posadas, Grupo Vidanta (Mayan Resorts), and Mayan Palace Mazatlan.
Mr. Hernández is fully identified with various recognitions such as Pinnacle Award, Gold Key Award, AAA Diamond Rating System, Greenglobe, EarthCheck, Crystal Check Safety First, RCI Gold Crown, RCI Excellence in Service, Great Place to Work, Tripadvisor, Revinate, and Ambiental Touristic Quality, among others.
His mission is to maximize the potential of knowledge and experiences to ensure that customers, owners, and employees are satisfied. He is passionate about working in the resort industry and enjoys playing tennis and golf during his free time.
