An Inspiring Journey with Fellow Club Members
The Annual Member Social was more than just an event; it was an unforgettable experience that brought our community closer together. This year, members who registered for the separate “Eagle’s Wing Day” events had the incredible opportunity to partake in the Eagle’s Wings Foundation Bus Tour—a chance to see the direct impact of our contributions and the work of the charities that the Eagle’s Wings Foundation supports. With approximately 85 fellow members, we embarked on a meaningful adventure that left us not only inspired but also deeply moved by the dedication and passion of those working tirelessly for good.
Witnessing the Impact of Our Contributions
Eagle’s Wings Foundation collaborates with various organizations committed to providing support to the underprivileged through diverse programs in medical, social, and educational services. During the tour, we had the privilege of visiting two of these charity partners, where attendees personally witnessed the profound impact donations to EWF have made.
Casa Hogar Orphanage
Our first stop was at the heartwarming Casa Hogar Orphanage. This loving sanctuary is home to over twenty-five children who are in dire need of essential resources, nurturing, and love. The caregivers’ dedication was apparent in the warm, inviting environment they have created, allowing these children to heal and grow despite their unique circumstances.
To add a personal touch to our visit, we encouraged all attending members to bring small toys, arts and crafts items, or other gifts for the children. Seeing the joy these small gestures brought to the children was truly rewarding.
Horizonte del Paz Puerto Vallarta Clinic
The second stop on our tour was the Horizonte del Paz Puerto Vallarta Clinic and Rehab Facility. This center stands as a beacon of hope for individuals combating mental health disorders, dual diagnosis, and substance use disorders. We were inspired by the comprehensive approach the facility takes, addressing not only the medical needs of its patients but also focusing on environmental, lifestyle, and psychological well-being.
Witnessing firsthand the transformative efforts at Horizonte de Paz Puerto Vallarta, it’s evident that the facility is equipped with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about redefining recovery. Tour attendees learned about various success stories during this event that highlighted the resilience and strength of individuals as they move through their healing journeys in this program. It’s clear that Horizonte del Paz not only focuses on immediate recovery but also on sustainable reintegration into society, fostering a supportive community for continuous growth and development.
