ResortCom – Member Servicing Company
Our story began in 1985. Timeshare resorts south of the border faced difficulty communicating with teams in the U.S. and Canada effectively, so we stepped in to provide a solution. ResortCom handles all paperwork, information processing, membership bookings, telephone collections, and other essential business processes for our clients.
ResortCom is based in Las Vegas and has hundreds of employees that specialize in international, financial, and multilingual membership services. When you call in to book your vacation, add options, pay a bill, or ask a question, you are calling ResortCom. We work hard to assist millions of travelers every year.

Several different vacation clubs are affiliated with the Villa Group family of resorts, as each property has varying ownership levels. Members of all clubs have reciprocal use benefits at each resort destination in accordance with their respective membership type and the terms of their contracts.

Universal Vacation Club International – Club Management Company
UVC International is the Club Management company for the following clubs: Universal Vacation Club, Villa Preferred Access Club, UVC Resorts (VDP Islands of Loreto), Club Caribe (VDP Cancun), Garza Blanca Residence Club, and TAFER Residence Club. We oversee quality assurance, membership services, governance, member communication and inventory management for each club.
Our goal is to offer the highest quality vacation experience possible. To this end, we work diligently with your servicing company ResortCom to make sure all interactions with the Call Center regarding payments, reservations, account management and vacation planning before your trips exceed your expectations. We also work with all onsite resort teams to make sure the quality and variety of Club products, services, room and common area amenities, food services, and programs onsite at each resort set the stage for unforgettable vacations.
