Here’s what happens when you check in at one of our resorts as an Elite Member.
You don’t stand in the main line. There’s a separate desk, quieter, and faster. A cold towel is waiting. So are cold drinks. Your dedicated concierge places an Elite bracelet on your wrist and carries your bags without being asked. Based on your elite level, by the time you reach your room, wine, fruit, and flowers are already there. The room itself was pre-assigned and inspected. If you contacted your Pre-Arrival team ahead to book a dinner reservation, it’s confirmed. If you have a special occasion coming up, it has been noted.
The whole thing takes about ten minutes. It sets the tone for every single day that follows.
That’s Elite Membership. Not just a list of perks, but a completely different way of experiencing the resorts you already love.
Before You Arrive, Things Are Already in Motion
Elite Membership starts working before your trip does. Your dedicated reservation line connects you to an agent with access to extended booking windows, which means you see the best inventory before it opens to general members. Additional points borrowing and acceleration privileges make it easier to plan bigger trips or travel more often. Complimentary airport transfers are arranged before you arrive, with upgrade and discount options available. These are not small things. They change how you plan. They make the calendar look more open.

The Difference Is There from the Moment You Walk In
Elite Members check in at the Elite Desk, no waiting, everything has already been prepared. Room upgrades are complimentary based on availability at arrival. It is worth asking. The answer is often yes.
Your Priority Concierge and Butler Service team handles room delivery, dinner reservations, spa bookings, and quick check-ins. From arrival to departure, nothing requires you to track anyone down.
The Private Elite Party is a smaller, more personal event where you meet the Resort Management Team and fellow Elite travelers. The conversations are different here. Members who have been coming for 20 years share things they have figured out over time. It is worth attending.
Priority access to exclusive areas varies by property. Nightly turndown, daily coffee delivery, early check-in and late checkout, complete the picture based on your Elite Level and benefits. Added up across a week, these details make the trip feel genuinely looked after.
The Newest Level: Elite Luxe
Elite Luxe was created for the Club’s most loyal travelers, members who have made the resorts a consistent part of their lives. In-suite beverages are waiting before you arrive. Coffee pods, laundry, and dish soap are provided upon arrival and replenished once every 7 days by request at no additional charge. Complimentary champagne marks special occasions, and a complimentary Prix Fixe dinner for two comes with the membership. Resort credits, meal plan discounts, last-minute reservation flexibility, and the ability to add permanent guests to your membership round out the tier.
Elite Luxe is not about showing off. It is about making the trips you have been taking for years feel effortless in ways they never quite were before.

More Than Perks
Elite Membership isn’t really a benefits package. It’s a different relationship with the resorts.
Travel without the background stress of logistics. Thoughtful details that appear without you asking. Comfort that comes from being recognized by name, by preference, by how long you’ve been part of this community.
Long-time members often describe reaching Elite status as the point when traveling stopped feeling like something they managed and started feeling like something they simply enjoyed.
Talk to your concierge during your next stay. They will walk you through your current tier, what is available to you now, and what the next level looks like. It is usually closer than people expect. Your concierge can confirm current benefits and any updates to the program during your visit.
