The Villa Group Resorts have grown so much over the last 35+ years, and with the evolution of the company, our Resorts have also improved, and include different rooms that are categorized according to the number of occupants, view, and with the addition of Elite Suites, specific furnishings and features available in the room. To maximize your vacation experience, we want you to be fully aware of the characteristics of each room type available at the different Villa Group resorts. Get to know the resort you are reserving! When our members book a reservation, the details provided on your confirmation letter make it easy to know exactly what you have booked to create a stress-free vacation! On your confirmation letter, you can navigate through different sections to review the room layout, description, capacity, details of amenities, and activities that the resort you are visiting has to offer. Navigating through the confirmation letter has never been easier. Based on the unit you have booked, check out the room layout and description to see what awaits upon your arrival! The room layouts may vary per Resort. Below is a sample confirmation letter. Note that confirmation letters and all information differs by resort.
* Elite Member Note/Clarification of Elite Suites – One room type with exclusive access for Elite members are our Elite Suites. Please note – the fact that they are called “Elite Suites” does not mean Elite members automatically get these rooms; it means that only Elite members are allowed to book them. These rooms have been upgraded to offer a “concierge level” experience, and because of the additional pre-stock, upgraded furnishings and room amenities, there is an additional 10% point charge added to reservations for this room type.
ELITE SPA AND MASSAGE BENEFITS – CLARIFICATIONS
Swedish Massage – All Elite members receive a Massage Benefit as part of their Elite loyalty program: Elite 4 Star members receive 2 free massage per year, 5 Star members receive 4 free massages per year, and Residence Club members receive 6 free massages per year. This includes the Standard Swedish Massage at the resort spa in which you are staying. Members may elect to credit the published value of a Swedish massage towards the published value of an upgraded massage, alternate spa treatment, manicure, pedicure, hair cutting/styling, or other salon service. Each resort reserves the right to determine specifically which alternate treatments are eligible for this replacement; please ask your Elite Concierge or the Spa Manager for their approved list of replacements. Unused massage benefits cannot roll over to the subsequent year and must be used within the calendar year. For members who do not wish to or are unable to use the Swedish Massage benefit or a resort-approved alternative; they may transfer the benefit to a guest in their current travel party who is onsite. Benefit is non-transferrable to family and friends of members who are not currently traveling with member. The Massage benefit (or replacement) includes any Spa Surcharge or related fees; of course we hope members elect to provide a tip to their massage therapist if they received good service. Please note that all Elite massage benefits must be fulfilled at the resort spa at which you are staying; they will not be honored at sister properties due to space and appointment constraints. Wet Areas– All Elite 4 Star, Elite 5 Star and Elite Residence Club members are allowed complimentary entry to the wet areas of the resort spa at which they are staying. The Wet Area benefit is restricted to members listed on the contract (maximum 4 members per visit) for the members’ full stay, and Elite member(s) should present their Elite Member bracelet (or Elite card) for access. This benefit is not transferable, and guests of Elite members do not have complimentary access to the wet areas. However, if members wish to purchase Wet Area access for others in their party (this can include all guests in travel party, not just those in same room), a discounted rate will be determined by resort management at each destination. Please note that no children under the age of 16 are allowed in the spa or wet areas. Proof of age will be required and all minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents. Please note that all Wet Area massage benefits must be fulfilled at the resort spa at which you are staying; they will not be honored at sister properties due to space and appointment constraints.
