Enjoy A Seamless Stay at The Villa Group Resorts

Here at The Villa Group Resorts, we understand that you’ve most likely traveled from far away to get to paradise, and we want to get you in vacation mode the minute you set foot on any of our luxury resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Los Cabos, Cancun, or the Islands of Loreto- and this starts with a streamlined and easy check-in process. In an effort to ensure a seamless check-in and stay with us, we’re outlining some important details for members below that will make your vacation experience enjoyable and everything you imagined it would be. 

Check-In at Villa Group Resorts  

The check-in time for members and guests is at 4:00 pm. If you arrive before the 4:00 pm check-in time, for added convenience members and guests have the option to relax, change, or shower in the hospitality suites (only available at certain resorts) so you can get started on your vacation as soon as you arrive.   

During check-in, if you have pre-paid for your meal plan for your entire stay, you will receive your meal plan bracelet at that time. For those who haven’t pre-purchased an all-inclusive meal plan option, it’s not too late. You are welcome to add this option during check-in; simply let us know which consecutive dates you’d like and our onsite team will add it to your package.  

All stays at The Villa Resort Group are subject to a temporary credit card hold to cover any damages or unpaid balances. The hold will appear in pesos on your bank statement and will simply disappear once you check-out. It’s not an actual charge, so no refund will appear on your bank statement. Having a credit card on file will also allow members and guests to enjoy the benefits of a cashless resort! No need to carry your credit card around the resort or to the beach, simply sign and pay! 

Please ensure that all of your contact details including email and phone number are correct so we can easily forward all necessary receipts, reservation confirmations, etc. to you to ensure you always have the information you need regarding your vacations with us.

24-Hour Front Desk   

For the convenience of all members and guests staying at The Villa Group Resorts, the Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. Whether you need assistance with check-in, have questions about your stay, or any other matters, our staff is available around the clock to make sure your holiday exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to make sure your vacation is the best it can be at each and every one of our luxury resorts in Mexico. 

 All-Inclusive Services at Villa Group Resorts  

The Villa Group Resorts provide one of the best all-inclusive programs in all of Mexico. During your holiday with us, you can enjoy the benefits of having everything prepaid. Your only job while on vacation is to relax, indulge, and enjoy! Our one small request is that you sign every check as this is the way our resorts take inventory of food and beverage consumption. Keep in mind that gratuities are already included at all resorts with the exception of Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. This means that adding an additional tip is optional and you are welcome to do so if the service you received was extraordinary.

Check-Out at Villa Group Resorts  

The check-out time for guests is at 11:00 am. As your trip in paradise comes to an end, we strive to make check-out a seamless process, so you’re left with memories of an unforgettable time at The Villa Group Resorts. If you did not pre-arrange transportation with your Member Services or Pre-Arrival agent, speak to the staff at the front desk to help arrange transportation to the airport for when you depart.  

Upon check-out, if you need to stay longer, the bellmen can hold your luggage for you. We also invite you to use our beautiful hospitality suite (where applicable) to relax and wait for your departure time.
