Mexico is one of America’s most popular travel destinations- and one of the few currently open and available for tourists. Our heads have been filled with thoughts of fall, pumpkin-flavored, well, everything. To welcome the seasonal changes, we can’t wait to see more of our members back on the warm sunny beaches of Mexico. Many airlines have recently announced expanded flight schedules to our various destinations. Just this month, American Airlines announced they will now be servicing their newest destination, Loreto, Mexico. This announcement provides our members expanded options when traveling to the beautiful Islands of Loreto while Southwest Airlines announced additional service routes offering more non-stop services to Cancun, San Jose del Cabo, and Puerto Vallarta.
Our members have continued to provide us with amazing videos, photos, and feedback with regards to their recent vacations to our resorts. We say, thank you for sharing. During this very challenging time, we understand that nothing is more important than the safety and well-being of our guests and team members. Protocols continue to be followed and expanded based on the most current available best practices by numerous organizations. Hearing from you, our members, and your first-hand experiences have certainly allowed many other members to resume getting back to their home away from home at our resorts.
As many of our members know, tourism is critical to Mexico’s economy. The industry has responded with a transparent and thorough safety and social distancing protocol throughout airports, airlines, Customs & Immigration, ground transport, at hotels and resorts, dining establishments, and other entertainment excursions and venues. Although your upcoming vacation experience may look and feel a little different, the hospitality is warmer than ever. This stems from the deep appreciation staff and locals feel towards travelers whose love for Mexico overcomes any hesitation to take a much-needed vacation. You will have to forgo a hug from your favorite resort team members this time, but you will see and feel the smiles in their eyes as they welcome you back home.
