Meet Your New Director of Member Experience


We are pleased to introduce you to Nicholas Larez, our new Director of Member Experience. With thirteen years of experience in tourism and hospitality, Nicholas will be a vital asset to ensuring that you enjoy your membership to the fullest extent.

Nicholas has served as a General Manager for the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Aston Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Worldwide. His extensive background working in the hotel industry allows him to further understand the desires of our members, and has the knowledge and passion to make these desires become a reality.

With Nicholas as your Director of Member Experience, you will now see a focus on your experience with your membership. One of the first initiatives that Nicholas has acted on is redesigning UVC International’s member service vision, which is to “Experience the extraordinary!”

This tag line will be seen on all newsletters and email communications that you receive from UVC International moving forward and is a reminder that UVC International is here for you to continuously provide you with renowned vacation experiences.

You, our valued members, are what make the Clubs we service so special. We thank you for your membership with us and look forward to providing you with extraordinary vacation experiences.

      Thank you for reading our blog and submitting your inquiry. We are aware that the new website is a priority for all members. With the roll out that has already taken place with the back office portion of this site, all of our efforts are now going into working on the rest of this member account history and reservation functionality site so that you can book online. We aim to have this completed by the end of year and look forward to providing you with this new update soon. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience. We are hard at work testing every module thoroughly, and are waiting eagerly to reveal this helpful new tool. We are excited about increasing the ways we can service you!

  2. I would like to see an improvement in the web site.The record keeping is of concern to me because resources are wasted contascting me each month for an account hat is current.
