Now, you can get all your membership needs taken care of right at your fingertips. From making reservations, banking, maintenance fee payments, loan payments, and more, you can now chat with a Member Services Agent Monday thru Friday, from 8 am PST to 5 pm PST.
Simply go to blog.myuvci.com and scroll down to the blue “Live Chat” icon in the bottom right corner. Click on the “Live Chat” button, enter your name, contact info, and topic that you need assistance with, and then click on “Start Live Chat” to be routed to an agent. Below is what the “Live Chat” icon looks like.
