We have heard and responded to your feedback on our operating hours, and we are pleased to announce that the Member Services office will have extended hours this year so that we can better serve our member base.
Effective February 1st, Member Services is available Monday thru Friday from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm PST and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
We are excited to enhance our Member Service hours to offer more service flexibility. For assistance with checking availability, answering questions about your account, making payments and more, please call Member Services at 1-800-852-4755 during our new expanded service hours so that we can best serve your needs. We are standing by to help plan your next fabulous vacation!
