Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta: Lizbeth Cuevas
Meet Lizbeth, your dedicated Club Specialist at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. With a true passion for exceptional service, Lizbeth is committed to enhancing your member experience and making your vacation truly unforgettable.
Beyond her dedication to helping members, Lizbeth is an avid reader with a love for exploring different genres of music. She’s also a beach enthusiast and highly recommends joining the kayak tour led by the activities staff—an experience not to be missed during your stay.
You’ll find Lizbeth at her desk in the Lobby, conveniently located right in front of the check-in area. Stop by and let her help make your stay extraordinary!
Villa del Palmar Flamingos: Iris Luna
Iris has been a valued member of the Villa del Palmar Flamingos team since 2022. Before this role, she worked as a Concierge at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta and later as the Club Specialist from 2020 to 2022. With a passion for helping others, a love for learning, and a commitment to enhancing every guest’s vacation experience, Iris strives to make each visit unforgettable.
In her free time, Iris enjoys discovering new places with her two children and spending time on the stunning beaches of Puerto Vallarta. She has a particular love for paddleboarding and never misses the chance to admire the breathtaking sunsets in the area.
You can find Iris at her desk in the Lobby of Villa del Palmar Flamingos, conveniently located by the window just behind the Bell Boy Stand.
Villa del Palmar Cabo: Leydi Islas
Leydi is our Club Specialist at Villa del Palmar Cabo. Before working for the Club, Leydi worked at Villa del Arco as a receptionist for six years. Her extensive hotel experience paired with her passion for helping others has made her a wonderful addition to our Club Team. The satisfaction of our members is Leydi’s top priority, and she interacts with our members to ensure that their vacation is going well.
Leydi loves spending time with her daughter and seeing the amazing sunsets in Cabo. Her favorite hobbies are reading books and visiting the marina for a lovely walk.
Leydi’s desk is in the Lobby of Villa del Palmar Cabo, to the side of the Front Desk.
Villa del Arco: Andres Trinidad
Andres has worked at Villa Group Los Cabos since 2015. He started out as a Telephone Operator for the Villa del Arco and worked his way up to Front Desk Supervisor, followed by Elite Concierge Supervisor and Guest Service Manager positions. His knowledge in these departments and at our resorts makes him an asset to our Club team.
In Andres’ spare time, he enjoys playing basketball at the local park, walking his dogs to a popular hill called “Cerro de la Z,” and partaking in water activities at Medano Beach. He likes to watch comedy movies with his family and finds this a great way to relax. Andres’ favorite food to eat is seafood, especially fresh sushi. He recommends that you try the tuna taquitos at El Patron Restaurant, which is a tasty recipe by our Head Chef.

Villa La Valencia: Andrea Mendo
Andrea began her journey with Villa Group at the Front Desk of Villa del Palmar before transitioning to a role as a butler, and now Club Specialist. Her passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn have fueled her professional and personal growth over the years. Andrea takes pride in ensuring that every member and guest enjoys an unforgettable vacation experience. She loves making sure you have a wonderful vacation.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring local restaurants, indulging in fresh seafood, and visiting cozy coffee shops for delicious pastries. She insists that some of the best finds can be discovered at the Deli Market in Villa La Valencia.
Andrea’s office is located near the Lobby, just past the Elite Lounge.
Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto: Javier Sosa
Javier joined the Club team after three years of experience working for Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. With his background, he excels at providing members with unique and memorable vacation experiences.
Javier’s hobbies are adventuring to new places and learning new things. During the summer, he likes to visit the local islands and beaches.
You can find Javier’s office outside of main Lobby to the right-hand side.
