Pool Usage Guidelines
Our resort pools are the center of vacation, and we want every member and guest to enjoy this space.
Here are some key reminders to keep things running smoothly around the pool area:
Please be advised that the use of pools and lounge chairs is limited only to the resort that your reservation was confirmed at.
Pool Hours Vary by Resort
Our resorts observe customized pool hours designed to complement each location’s unique setting. To ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities, we kindly ask that you check the specific pool hours for your resort. These can be found on signage near the pool or by contacting reception at extension 0.
For your convenience, the resort provides pool towels during specific hours. Members and guests are not allowed to use towels from the room at the pool.
No Reserving of Pool Chairs
To keep the pool experience fair and enjoyable, the resorts have a no-holding policy on pool loungers; especially, no reserving pool chairs is allowed before the pool opens.
Reserving multiple chairs for extended periods with towels, hats, or other belongings prevents other members and guests from enjoying available seating.
If our Pool Concierge notices unattended items left behind to “reserve” chairs, these items will be removed to ensure fairness. All collected belongings will be turned into the resort’s Lost & Found. If you need help retrieving items, call extension 0 on-site, and our team will help you find your belongings.
Policy on Outside Food, Beverages, and Tumblers
For the cleanliness, safety, and enjoyment of all, and to support the on-property restaurants and outlets, we kindly request that only food and beverages provided by the adjacent resort restaurants be consumed in the poolside area. Outside food, beverages, and glass items are prohibited. All purchased beverages are for in-room use only, even those purchased at the market on property. This is standard at many restaurants and food and beverage outlets. Beverages in cups, thermoses and other reusable containers, unless provided by the restaurant, are not allowed.
Portable Bluetooth Speakers
To ensure that all members and guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that personal speakers or devices used to play music are not brought into the poolside area. For those who wish to listen to music, we recommend using headphones to avoid disturbing others. By respecting these guidelines, we can create a harmonious environment where everyone can unwind and enjoy their time at the resort.
Respectful and Safe Pool Environment
Creating a safe and respectful environment is a shared responsibility. Here are additional safety guidelines and practices we kindly request you follow while enjoying the pool facilities:
Follow Safety Signage
All members and guests are advised to adhere to the safety instructions and pool area rules displayed prominently around the area. These rules ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Supervise Children
Parents and guardians, please never leave children unsupervised near the pool, even for a moment. Accidents can happen quickly, and constant supervision is essential to ensure their safety around water. Children aged 12 and under are permitted in recreation areas only when accompanied by an adult, however for the safety of your little ones, children 15 and under are not allowed in the Jacuzzi.
Due to hygiene concerns and potential contamination from fecal matter, our facilities may have designated “splash pad” or “baby pool” areas where children in swim diapers can play under close supervision, with frequent diaper changes required.
Take Breaks from the Sun
Remember to stay hydrated and be mindful of sun exposure. Sunscreen is a must, and breaks in the shade ensure you can enjoy your day without discomfort.
