Unveiling the Latest Updates at The Villa Group Resorts

Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta

Earlier this year, announcements were made regarding the upcoming reconstruction project for Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. Currently, the project is in the planning and permitting phase. We will provide regular updates to all members regarding any progress made. The updated resort-wide renovation is expected to commence in Quarter 2, 2024. Stay tuned for more updates.

Villa del Palmar Flamingos

Villa del Palmar Flamingos has recently undergone significant upgrades to enhance the member and guest experience. Among the improvements are new pool umbrellas and lounge chairs, adding a touch of comfort and style. The restaurants have also been upgraded with new wicker chairs, creating a more inviting atmosphere. Notably, Tomatillos has received new outdoor equipment, further enhancing its appeal. The bar, Chinguito, has undergone a complete makeover, now boasting more seating space for members and guests to relax and enjoy their favorite beverages. The Lobby Bar has been refreshed with new furniture and a more open dining concept, including renovated Lobby Bathrooms for added convenience.

Additionally, efforts are underway to modernize the design of the Convention Center, creating a more spacious and inviting environment; estimated completion date to be provided later. The terrace of El Patron is set for a redesign, incorporating innovative elements, new tables, and chairs to elevate the dining experience.  Furthermore, the renowned Yashinoki restaurant is slated for a complete transformation along with the addition of a covered terrace. These enhancements aim to ensure that guests at Villa del Palmar Flamingos enjoy an exceptional and memorable stay. 

Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit

Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit has made several exciting additions to our Room Division department, aimed at ensuring a truly delightful and comfortable stay for our members and guests. We have added new pool and beach umbrellas, an ample supply of 500 pool towels, and additional backup products such as refrigerators, blenders, and various room amenities.

Additionally, we’ve made several adaptations and introduced handicap implements to ensure that all our members and guests can experience the resort comfortably. These enhancements include movable support bars, special chairs for toilets, folding tables, and wheelchairs (including extra-large ones). These additions are all part of our commitment to enhancing the member and guest experience at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit.

Villa Group Los Cabos

Villa del Palmar Cabo, Villa del Arco, and Villa La Estancia Cabo have undergone a fresh coat of white paint on their exteriors.

Villa del Palmar Cabo is currently remodeling the Kids’ Club (aimed to be completed in a month) to make this space larger and more inviting for the little ones. The Weddings and Groups Offices have undergone remodeling as well. We have also increased the number of umbrellas by the pool. Next year, the lobby will also be transformed to showcase a modern and fresh style. Stay tuned for more details on these exciting updates!

El Patron restaurant at Villa del Arco has undergone a delightful renovation, featuring a covered terrace, contemporary furniture, and an upgraded buffet area. Villa del Arco is in the process of renovating all rooms by the end of 2024. The renovated rooms will feature stainless steel appliances, new furniture, fresh paint, modern LED ceiling lights, and stylish decorative items. Additionally, we have planned to update the elevators in buildings 1, 2, and 3. This process will be carried out one at a time and is expected to be finalized by November 2024.

Property renovations are underway at Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas and are estimated to be completed by early October 2023. The pool deck and walkway at Villa La Estancia will be resurfaced for an updated, sleek look, with a particular emphasis on safety. The roof near Villa 1704 will see tile replacement as part of standard maintenance, and minimal disturbance is expected due to the localized nature of the work. Several master bathrooms in luxury villas will receive designer makeovers to add sophisticated amenities. The resort’s common areas will also undergo renovations, with tile replacement in hallways and the lobby floor, a fresh coat of paint, and upgrades to the lobby bathroom. Smaller yet significant renovations throughout the property will ensure a luxurious experience for every member and guest.

Villa La Valencia

We have recently implemented a new Art Walk at Villa La Valencia in the Green Garden area on Mondays from 7 pm – 9:30 pm. This exclusive event offers a delightful evening where members and guests can immerse themselves in a captivating blend of live music, awe-inspiring art exhibits, and a carefully curated wine bar, all conveniently located in one place. It’s an enchanting experience that promises to awaken your senses and leave you with unforgettable memories. Join us and indulge in the perfect fusion of culture, entertainment, and relaxation at Villa La Valencia’s Art Walk.

Furthermore, as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the exquisite Villa La Valencia, we are excited to announce the incorporation of a stunning, state-of-the-art motor lobby pergola. This meticulously crafted addition will not only elevate the aesthetic appeal of the resort but also provide a seamless and luxurious experience for our esteemed guests. From the moment you step into our grand motor lobby, you will be greeted by the breathtaking design and the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto 

This year, Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto has elevated its resort with a range of exciting new additions. A brand new tower has been unveiled, mirroring the enhanced luxury and comfort that you would expect in Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. Alongside this, we have introduced a trolley service, ensuring easy and convenient transportation across our expansive property. To uphold our commitment to sustainability, we have replaced plastic cups with durable polycarbonate cups and installed five hydration stations at key locations such as the main pool, towel rack, restaurant, beach, and golf course. These stations provide easy access to purified water, adding an extra layer of convenience for our valued members and guests.
