We are currently renovating the rooms at Villa del Palmar Cabo to provide you with beautiful and comfortable improvements for you discover on your next trip. Renovation has begun and will be completed by the end of this year. The rooms will be renovated to include new kitchens, vanities, ceilings in the kitchens and bathrooms, faucets and bathroom accessories, new furniture, art, bedding, and fresh paint to make your vacation with us even more extraordinary.
Currently, all building one units (for a total of 131 rooms) have been renovated. Below are a few photos of what these renovated rooms look like.
All building two rooms (for a total of 202 rooms) are currently being worked on and will be renovated by the end of this Spring. All building three rooms will start renovation in July and will be completed by the end of October this year.

Additionally, elite members booking our Elite Suites will receive exclusive features to their rooms including new TV centers, Bose sound bars, state-of-the-art leather sofa sleeper, and upgraded room décor. See the photos below of the Elite Suites that have been renovated and are ready for you to enjoy. Elite suites are available for an upgrade fee of ten percent more points for Elite members.

Is the H-vac system being upgraded? Upgrading the decor is great, but if it is still musty then it is all for naught, as we cannot stay in rooms that we cannot stand the smell.
