Villa del Palmar Flamingos will host Nayarit Vallarta Gourmet, a gourmet week from November 16-22, 2015 in which food lovers gather to enjoy food tastings. Traditional Mexican entertainment will be provided at times during this event. Locations of the event vary for each meal and theme nights are held in conjunction with this event on a daily basis. Attendees can choose to attend any events that they would like throughout this gourmet week.

–Monday, November 16:
-The Progressive Avant-Garde Dinner starts at the Sapphire Ocean Club Restaurant in downtown at 8:00 pm. Here, participants will try one course of a meal and will be guided on a tour of neighboring restaurants downtown, where they will try one course at each restaurant. Other restaurants in this Dinner include Coco Tropical, Kaiser Maximilian, and Café des Artistes. All four restaurants are within walking distance of each other. Cost $2,400 pesos.
