March 6, 2024 Update

Scheduled to Begin April 2024.

We will soon be underway developing a beautiful new resort starting in April 2024. But you can experience the original Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta one more time! Villa del Mar and Building 3 will be removed in phases to construct new resort buildings; the construction site will be closed off to minimize any noise or disruption. Our members are our top priority – so although some locations and service will shift at different times, Buildings 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 8, as well as the pool area and El Patron, Trattoria, Seafood Market, and Yashinoki restaurants, will remain in operation during new resort construction and will be available to provide extraordinary experiences for our members. Additionally, we have added additional inventory to other Villa Group properties to accommodate member demand.

What to Expect When Visiting Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta Starting April 2024:

1. Lobby

3. Kids’ Club (Relocated to Room 4151)

4. Parking Lot

5. Restaurant El Patron

6. Restaurant Yashinoki

7. Restaurant La Trattoria

8. Restaurant Seafood

Estimated Project Completion: Quarter 4 2027

  2. Will members of myuvc be able to use the new resort? It would be unfair to the members you are tearing down two resorts and then build a new one and not allow the current members with contracts to use the new one.
