Dear Members and Guests,
We want to assure you that we are taking every measure possible to make you comfortable during your stay with us. Access to our locations continues to grow in high demand, and we often reach capacity, particularly during high season. This is great news, because a full hotel allows us to operate efficiently, and keep costs as low as possible.
We want to emphasize that our mission is to ensure that our members are comfortable and able to enjoy all of our amenities safely. During this busy season, we are being proactive in addressing concerns with overcrowding, safety, and fairness. Therefore, in order to make your vacation experience the best that it can be, at the discretion of Hotel Management, during times of high occupancy, the use of Visitor Passes for guests will be restricted. It will be up to the Hotel and Security Team to determine whether they grant guests Full Access Visitor Pass; a Limited Access Visitor Pass to visit only in your room, the lobby, or the restaurants; or to temporarily suspend Visitor Pass access all together. The Hotel is subject to fire codes and other regulations, and that is why we are taking this measure to adhere to our capacity guidelines strictly (These limitations will also apply to visitors of parties coming for sales presentations).
We understand how important it is to share your precious vacation experience with friends or family who may be staying off property, and the resorts want to allow for that whenever possible. However, it is our priority that the needs of our members and paying guests are met prior to those of non-registered guests. The safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests quickly diminish when too many people are crowded into one space.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and adherence to this restriction during the temporary and infrequent times the Hotel finds it necessary to limit Visitor access.

Yes, thank you.
I didn’t understand the second to last paragraph and don’t know anything about visitor’s passes other than what was mentioned in this article. The article says that members may want to share experiences with friends staying off property and the resorts want to allow for that.
This confused me; can a visitor’s pass restrict people from leaving a Villa property? Seems like if people went on an excursion or the like, that would decrease over abundance of visitation at the pools, beaches, and the common areas.
Kindest Regards,
Mr. Peterson
Maybe my misunderstanding is this: Is a “visitor” the same as a “guest”? A member brings down friends and pays points and guest fee for friends to vacation on the property; that is a “guest”. Is a “visitor” different than a “guest”?
Hi Mr. Peterson,
Thank you for your question. So to clarify, a Visitors Pass would apply to anyone who is not a Member or a guest of the Member. Also, everyone is free to leave the property at anytime. The Visitor Pass comes into play as it relates to visitors using our resort amenities which are meant for Members and guests of the Members.
I appreciate you taking the time to ask your questions Mr. Peterson, I hope this information helps!
Best regards,
Shavon
