Dear Member,
As we begin to welcome you back to our resorts, I wanted to share some information about what to expect when you return to the warm sunny beaches of Mexico. Several of our resorts have undergone extensive detailing during these past few months to ensure every area is pristine. Over the past few weeks, there has been a lot of information circulating. Here is the latest regarding travel to Mexico:
- On May 19, 2020, the United States Department of Homeland Security issued an extension to the Southern Border closure for Land Ports of Entry. This closure has never applied to air travel into Mexico from the United States. Our members are free to travel via any airline partner who is flying to our destinations at any time. Over the past week, several major airlines have announced their increased flight schedules into Mexico and even are providing wonderful low fares for our members to take advantage of. More information on the border closure can be found here.
- In Mexico, each of our resort partners are working with Federal and Local Governments on re-opening processes based on the guidelines in place. With re-opening of the resorts, things certainly may look a little bit different but our services and the great Mexican Hospitality you have come to enjoy over the years hasn’t changed. For the most updated processes on what our resort partners are doing to keep you safe when you visit us again soon, view the below:

In Las Vegas, things are slowly returning to normal as well. Staff is back in the office of our Las Vegas servicing company, ResortCom International, and are working 7 am – 7 pm PST to assist with booking new trips and answering questions. The Nevada Governor has released the closure restrictions and businesses are slowly resuming to normal in Phase 1 and 2 of re-opening.
As we move forward with new protocols and initiatives to ensure you remain safe when visiting Mexico, we also understand that our members would like special offers and incentives. We are excited to be working and launching several member-centric offers to get you on vacation with savings that will allow you a broader vacation experience. Please ensure your contact information is updated as these offers typically come via e-mail and social media. You can update your member info on file by contacting ResortCom at memberservices@resortcom.com or 1-800-852-4755.
We look forward to welcoming you home when you feel comfortable to visit us. Summer is knocking, open the door!
Cheers,
Nicholas Larez
We joined in February, but we haven’t received anything from UVI. Can you help us get connected? Will our initial year with UVI start after that connection?
