What the Loyalty Conversion Program Is
This exclusive, invitation-only program gives eligible GOLD members the opportunity to convert their existing UVC membership to a VPA Club (Villa Preferred Access Club) points-based membership at no cost. No conversion fee. No purchase required. No money exchanged. It is not an upgrade or a new sale, and no rights or privileges are lost.
It is simply an opportunity being extended in recognition of the loyalty you have already shown.
Because both vacation clubs are through the Villa Group, your remaining membership years transfer directly into the new program, with no extension of your original contract. Your existing membership termination date stays the same. What changes is how much you can do with the time you have left.
More Flexibility, Starting Now
For members who have vacationed by week or fixed unit, moving to a points-based structure opens up a different way of traveling entirely. Rather than being tied to a specific period or unit type, your points give you the freedom to decide when, where, and how you want to vacation.
Stays can be split into smaller increments, with a two-night minimum, so a getaway no longer has to fit a particular mold. You can reserve different unit types within available Club inventory, including penthouses when your points balance supports it. The previous fees tied to unit upgrades and season upgrades no longer apply under the converted points structure.
For qualifying memberships, additional non-contracted GOLD time can also be converted into Preferred Points, giving you even more options for shorter stays and varied trip plans.

Villa Preferred Access Club members gain access to participating Villa Preferred Access resorts, including Villa La Valencia and planned future projects as they come online. Points That Go Further
Your points are not limited to accommodations alone. Through the Points Redemption Program, eligible members may redeem up to 100% of qualifying points toward a range of vacation experiences, including meal plans, transportation, spa services, and other select vacation options. Applicable service fees apply to points-redemption transactions.
Depending on your membership type and eligibility, conversion may also bring additional benefits, including complimentary travel insurance basics coverage, one complimentary cancellation per year, and for select membership types, a reduction in maintenance fees, and participation in the Elite program.
No Presentation Required
One of the things we wanted to get right with this program was the process itself. There is no upgrade presentation to attend. No resort visit required. The entire conversion can be handled directly with the UVC Loyalty Conversion Team, with paperwork completed digitally, at your convenience. The Conversion program differs from a traditional upgrade in that no new contract is created, no new termination date is set, there are no fees, and no additional vacation investment is required.

The faces supporting your membership do not change. The same Development, Management, and Servicing teams are there throughout the process, making the transition into Villa Preferred Access Club as smooth as possible.
