Message From Our VP

Dear Member,

Just like you, we continue to closely monitor daily developments regarding the coronavirus. Since the start of this pandemic, the Club has remained engaged with you, our members. Our servicing company, ResortCom International, has handled thousands of member inquires and continue to book new reservations for those members who are planning to travel when it is safe to do so. We are always here, for anything you need.

One of the most rewarding things about our Club is just how engaged our members are. These past few weeks, members have shared great images of their past vacations to our various destinations including our Award Winning TPC Golf Course at the Islands of Loreto, beachfront dinners at our resorts in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, member cocktail parties in Cancun, and so many other memories. One thing we are sure of – our members can’t wait to come back. One member was so eager to visit Mexico, they made a beach in the middle of their living room complete with coolers, cocktails and cervezas.

I am right there with each of you, who can’t wait for this to pass so we can have you all with us at our resorts again. While you have been away, each of the resorts has been detailing them to perfect condition awaiting your return. Painting, deep cleaning, trainings, preventative maintenance and the enhanced processes we’re implementing to keep everyone safe in our “new normal” as soon as we resume business operations.

As previously reported, ResortCom is still operating with a limited remote team. If you have any questions regarding your reservations or account, please email Member Services at memberservices@resortcom.com. You can also call us at 1-800-852-4755 Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm; since we are operating with limited staff, please be advised that call wait times may be higher.

We will continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available. A quote I recently read said, “Even if we spent the whole day with you. We will miss you the second you leave.” — Unknown. This is the sentiment we all have felt since our members have been away, and we look forward to the moment you return.

  1. We cannot wait to visit you guys! We have enjoyed lifelong memories at PV, Cabo, Loreto and our family was looking forward to celebrating all of our boys’ graduation from high school (finally achieved in 2019). Now 23, almost 21 and 19, this was going to be the year! We’ve rescheduled (shout out to Lisa!) and the countdown is on to 2021!

  2. I left Villa del Palmar Flamingoes after 3 weeks vacation on March 14th, only to come home and be in lockdown from the virus pandemic! I spend many moments thinking of the wonderful time I had at “My Happy Place”! My family and I love it so much! When we arrive, and Antonio says, “Welcome Home”, it is the best feeling in the world! We miss all of the employees at our home there, who always make us feel like family! During this lockdown, we think of you all, and reminisce! We can’t wait to see you in 2021! Hi to all of our favorite beach waiters, (I am missing my Margarita Octavio! Rinaldo! and Jorge!) also the ladies at the front desks who help so much with dinner reservations! We love all of you!   3. We are booked to come to VDP Loreto 6 June-20 to celebrate retirement! We are bringing our family as everyone wants to go to Loreto, and miss you all so much. We all agree we are due to break out of this confinement to go to one of the most beautiful places in the world! I hope all goes well to reopen on time!

      We are still on schedule to allow travel to Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto from June first and moving forward so that is great news. We look forward to welcoming you to paradise!

  4. We have our extended trip to Cabo planned for Mid November and really miss you folks and need to visit with you and see you all. It has been too long and we’ve had so many things we enjoy cancelled or closed due to this virus.. Fortunately we have been working and are well. We have have had a trip for May and June cancelled due to the virus.. So we are so looking and needing the Getaway with you in November and hoping all is well with you and yours and that we will be allowed to travel at that time.. Deb and Bill
