Vacation options that qualify for 100% points redemption include all-inclusive meal plans, spa services, Palmita Market, Signature Services, and room upgrades when booking. Please note that points cannot be used for on-site room upgrades, incidentals, service fees, transportation, tours, and external activities. 

Utilizing points is a breeze! Just follow these three simple steps: 

Step 1: Make your reservation. 

Step 2: Customize your experience with additional products and services. 

Step 3: Use your points and/or a portion of cash to cover the remaining balance of your selections.

  1. This is a very convenient feature and adds value to our membership in allowing the use of points for AI. Thank you so much for adding this option.

    A few other suggestions that would further enhance the ownership experience would be to allow the 10% discount for multi party of 10 or more or 5 consecutive days of AI plans to be combinable with the use of points. I would also love to see the kids eat free promo being expanded or at least mirror the promos seen for non-owners via Costco and the direct hotel websites.

      Signature services make your vacation extra special with added luxuries. You can enjoy a bottle of wine, handmade beach bags, fresh flowers, fruit, snacks, a bubble bath package, pool concierge service, and more throughout your stay. Ask your agent for more details.

    Thank you for including this option as a member benefit. However can you please clarify this statement: Points Redemption needed is the maximum number of points that would be needed for the purchase of a Product or Service, subject to change. Because I just traveled and had 130 pts to use fo an all-inclusive 1-day meal and was told that I needed double the points to have it completed covered by points. It is not $1 for 1pt. So I had to pay $65 toward the meal plan.

Please answer my 2 questions on using points for services = 1- I was surprised when I ried to use my points to book a cruise & my points didn’t help me get a lower price – it was the same price using points & to just pay CASH w/o my points – how come my points are no help w/ cruises & I wanted to book the lowest price w/o any extra amenities 2- ALSO= I didn’t know that I had to wait until October 1 to rent some of my points – Apparently on October 1 it miust be very hard to get someone on the line becasue of this & whne I can finally reach someone – wont they all get filled up fast

  5. Hello,
    We recently became an owner. We had a seven day two bedroom incentive for Arco. Arco is where we signed up we signed up because we loved that resort and the location. We could only get availability at Villa la Valencia for June. Can we get on a list for Arco if there are any cancellations?
