Points Redemption Program Policy Update

There is no longer a restriction on how many Club Points members can use at any given time. Now, members can use 100% of their available points towards a variety of services and products with the Points Redemption Program as long as half of the amount is paid for in cash. This gives members more flexibility and choices for planning their vacations.

Member Services’ friendly and knowledgeable agents are available to assist you with redeeming your points Monday thru Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Three Easy Steps to Redeeming Your Points

Step 1 Call and make your reservation with Member Services at 866-464-9280
Step 2 Choose the services and products you wish to reserve
Step 3 Pay at least 50% of the cost in cash and the remainder with Club Points

If you have already made your reservation, it is not too late to use your points for products and services such as all-inclusive meal plans, flower arrangements in your room, spa services and more. Please ask your personal concierge for more information on how to use your points to enhance your vacation experience.

      Thank you for your inquiry. The points mentioned here are for VPA members, which are accounts the begin with the number 27. Please contact Member Services at memberservices@resortcom.com or 800-852-4755 if you have any questions about your account.

  2. I am a Canadian . When l book my all inclusive meal program it is in u.s.a funds. With the Canadian dollar so bad and not looking better in the future . Can I not book in Mexican pesos?

      Thank you for taking the time to read our blog and submit your inquiry.

      All bookings done prior to arrival need to be paid in US Dollars since the Call Center is based in the U.S. When you are on property at the resorts you can use pesos to pay your checkout bill.
